Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect through this website, pos.tryaxo.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website and its forms. AX POS itself will come with its own terms and privacy notice when it opens.

1.Who we are
The website is run by AX AAGILE XAAS LLP, registered with the SECP (registration 0347727), Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@axaagilexaas.com.
2.What we collect
Only what you type into our forms, and the technical details every website receives.
- Early-access form: your name, business name, type of business, city, number of branches and tills, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you give them, your email and the POS you use now.
- Contact form: your name, a phone or WhatsApp number or an email (at least one, or both), the topic and your message.
- Technical details: your IP address, browser and the time of your request, which our server records and which we use to stop spam and abuse of the forms. We also note which page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by.
3.Why we use it
To answer your message, to tell you when AX POS opens, to plan early access by type of business and city, and to keep the forms free of spam. We contact you only about AX POS. We do not sell your details to anyone.
4.Where it is kept
Your request is saved in AX POS’s database on AX’s server in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with backups on Cloudflare R2. A copy is emailed to AX’s team so someone can follow up. Only AX staff who handle requests can see them.
5.How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests until AX POS opens and for up to 12 months after, and contact messages for up to 12 months after our last reply, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you become a customer.
6.Cookies and analytics
The website sets no tracking cookies of its own. We may switch on Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use the site. Only while they are switched on do they load, set their cookies and record a “Lead” event when the early-access form is sent. When we switch them on, we will name them here.
7.Who else sees it
Only the services that run the site for us: hosting, backups and email delivery, and Google and Meta while their analytics are switched on. We share information with authorities only when Pakistani law requires it.
8.Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email support@axaagilexaas.com and we will reply within 30 days.
9.Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the forms are protected against spam, and access to requests is limited to the AX staff who handle them.
10.Children
The website is for businesses. Please don’t use the forms if you are under 18.
11.Changes and the law
When this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its date. This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
