AX POS is made by AX AAGILE XAAS LLP. We are building one point of sale for the way Pakistani shops and restaurants work: Pakistani tax, local payments, khata, offline selling, and Urdu from day one.

How we work

  1. Truth before claims

    Real screens with demo data, every feature as the plan describes it, and no stories, ratings or logos until real businesses use AX POS.

  2. Urdu as an equal

    Every screen works in Urdu, right to left, at the same size and weight as English. Nothing is translated as an afterthought.

  3. Tax done properly

    FBR, SRB, PRA and KPRA rules are part of the product on every plan, written down rule by rule before they are built.

Who we are

AX AAGILE XAAS LLP is a limited liability partnership registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), registration number 0347727, and based in Karachi. AX POS is one of its AX products.

What we are building

One point of sale for six kinds of business: restaurants, cafes and bakeries, general stores, groceries and marts, pharmacies and clothing shops. Each gets the modules, words and till screen that fit it.

Every feature is planned around how Pakistani businesses sell: khata and credit, Raast QR and JazzCash, FBR and provincial tax, prices in rupees, and Urdu at the counter as well as English.

The till is an app you install from the browser on Windows, Android or iPad. It keeps selling when the internet drops, and the small AX POS Connector links your printers, cash drawers, scanners and scales.

Your data

Every record in AX POS carries its business’s ID, and the database itself keeps each business’s records apart from every other’s. They are kept on AX’s own server in Kuala Lumpur, with backups stored with a separate provider.

These are targets AX POS is built and tested against, not results from shops: nobody sells with it yet.

Part of AX

AX POS works with the other AX products: AXOffice for accounting, the coming AX IMS and FBR e-invoicing app, and systems AX builds for clients. AX Connect links them, with one AX account and nothing shared until you switch it on.

When a business needs something AX POS doesn’t do, AX builds it as settings or plug-ins, never as a separate copy of the code, so every business stays on the same AX POS.
