What AX Connect promises

    One sign-in across every AX product. Adding another product is one click, with your data already there.

  2. Shared records

    A customer, a product, an invoice, a payment, a stock movement and your tax settings mean the same thing in every AX product.

  3. Events as they happen

    Every sale, payment and stock movement is published as it happens, and the products you connect receive it.

  4. One switch

    One switch in settings connects two products, and one switch disconnects them.

  5. Safe by default

    Each product reads and writes only what you allow. Every exchange is logged, and if one product is down, the others queue their changes and retry.

AX POS’s side of the link is ready. Once you connect, the fields AXOffice looks after show in AX POS read-only, marked “Managed in AXOffice”, so nobody types them twice.

The live link opens once AXOffice adds AX Connect. Sales, invoices, payments and stock movements follow as AX POS’s sales and stock modules are built, and you approve each new kind of data before it flows.
