These terms cover your use of this website, pos.tryaxo.com, run by AX AAGILE XAAS LLP (SECP registration 0347727), Karachi. Using AX POS itself will be covered by separate terms when it opens.

1.Early access
AX POS is being built and has not opened yet. Requesting early access does not create an account or a contract, and does not commit you to buy anything. We may not be able to offer early access to everyone who asks, and we will tell you when AX POS opens.
2.What this site describes
This site describes AX POS as it is planned. Features, plans and limits may change before launch, and prices have not been set. Our explanations of tax rules are plain-language summaries, not tax or legal advice.
3.What you send us
Please give accurate details, and only your own or your business’s. Don’t send anyone else’s details without their permission, and don’t use the forms for spam, abuse or anything unlawful.
4.Using the site
Don’t try to break into the site, overload it, or copy it in bulk by automated means.
5.Names and content
The AX POS name, the AX names and this site’s text and design belong to AX AAGILE XAAS LLP. Other names, such as those of tax authorities, payment services and other POS products, belong to their owners and are used only to describe facts. Photos are used under their licences.
6.Links to other sites
Some links, such as WhatsApp, take you to other services. Their own terms apply there.
7.No guarantee
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, AX AAGILE XAAS LLP is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on it.
8.Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms, and will post the new version here with its date. They are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction. Questions: support@axaagilexaas.com.
